Happy 5th Birthday  Corban!

You are such a fun and wonderful kid Mr. Corban, we are so grateful that you are our boy.

You are a very loving guy. You adore your new baby brother Asher, and give him kisses, cuddles and back rubs. You love Jeriah, you and him are the best playmates. When Jeriah is sad or hurt you always try to cheer him up with some slap-stick humor because you know he likes it. You love your big sister too, you and Marin come up with great games together, and you look up to her. 

You really, really enjoy playing in the sand box, with playdoh, and "goo" and all things tactile and you spend hours doing so. You love to build and create with your toys or sticks and recycling or whatever you have at hand.

Books are something you continue to really enjoy and you study the pages intensely looking at all the details. You of course love listening to the stories. You are starting to show a real interest in letters and the sounds them make too. Once you start reading you are going to love books even more!

You are enjoying learning at school and numbers are a real interest to you right now, counting and adding.

Board games are real fun for you and we enjoy playing them with you. Your favorite foods are pizza, homemade mac+cheese, Alfredo sauce on tortellini noodles and bagels with peanut butter and honey. You also enjoy drinking tea with your daddy.

You are getting so big and grown up Mr. Corban, I can't believe you are 5 already. When we sit and have a nice cuddle time, I often comment on how you are getting big and soon you'll be too big to sit on my lap. I ask you "What am I going to do when you are too big to sit on my lap? I'll have to sit on your lap. Will you let me sit on your lap to cuddle?" You always nod your head give a sweet smile, say yes and keep cuddling me. :)
