Our Christmas was a little more low key this year. This was due for the most part because of me being 8 months pregnant. We did enjoy ourselves though. :)
I started decorating and bringing out the Christmas books and toys on Nov 28th. The kids always love checking them out because it has been a year since they saw them last so it's like getting new things.
My mom, Oma, had sent with us this summer a set of nativity scene cookie cutters so we spent a day backing and decorating cookies.
On Christmas eve the kids got their new festive pjs. On Christmas morning we had yummy (homemade) cinnamon buns for breakfast and read the Christmas story and lit the candles on our advent wreath. We spent Christmas day opening gifts and playing with the new toys the kids got. We Skyped with family back home, and played outside in the afternoon. For dinner we had (homemade) pizza, very yummy and much less work then a turkey dinner. :)

That was our Christmas in a nutshell. Now it is time to take down all the decorations and get ready for Baby Foulds #4. Bring on the New Year!
Oh my goodness we have the worlds cutest kids. Thanks so much for sharing,is isn't quite as good as being there, but wonderful to see all the pics and hear about what happened. Maybe next year either you will come home or we will join you. What good fun. Makes me homesick for KAUST time. I too am taking down decorations this morning. Hopeing Vitaliy will come and help with the outside and lifting away the boxes.
